3 Simple Steps:
1. Moisturize the eyelid area
2. Apply the strip at your natural position
3. Apply makeup as usual...and you're off!
Tip #1
Use a moisturizer before applying your strips. This helps make application, repositioning and removal much easier. For best results we recommend using our EyeNourish Anti Aging Renewal Therapy.
Tip #2
For hooded eyes: if you can't easily identify your natural crease line, place the apex (top center of the curved edge) of the strip just below the middle of your closed eyelid. Your eyelid and lashes should become much more visible.
Tip #3
For deep set & normal contoured eyes: place the apex (top center of the curved edge) of the strip up against, not directly on, your natural crease line. The loose skin folds should be significantly reduced and more of your lid area should be visible.
Tip #4
Repositioning just the ends of the strips will help them to hug your eyelid in a more comfortable and natural manner. This establishes a contoured fit that results in the appearance of a more natural crease line.
Tip #5
For greater effect, try placing the strip higher on the lid. If uncomfortable, move the strip lower on the lid.
Tip #6
The strip should never flip over itself while applied to the lid. If it does this means it is positioned too high and must be lowered.
Bonus Makeup Tip: If your eyelid skin is darker than the strip, consider using an eyeliner pencil or darker eyeshadow to colorize the strip. This will create a recessed effect that further reduces the appearance of a sagging lid. Dust a medium shade shadow above the strip on the lower brow bone followed by a light-colored/highlight shadow across the upper brow bone below the eyebrow. Two coats of black mascara and you're ready to go!
